This full-scale renovation transformed a dated Tuscan-style home into a modern coastal retreat defined by clean lines, elevated finishes, and purposeful design. Set on a unique lot bordered by two streets, the multi-level home was completely reimagined to enhance flow, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. A once heavy and compartmentalized layout was opened up to create bright, connected living spaces tailored for contemporary living.

Outdoor living was thoughtfully prioritized with the addition of a new pool, curated landscaping, and private lounging areas that maximize the property while maintaining a sense of seclusion. Expansive decks, an outdoor BBQ, and a spiral staircase connecting all levels create fluid transitions between interior and exterior spaces. A distinctive wood-burning fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stone surround serves as a central design feature, uniting the living room, dining area, and kitchen—all with sweeping coastal views just steps from the shoreline.

Designed for real-life versatility, the home includes custom spaces such as a private theater and an indoor gym/play area for the kids. All bedrooms are paired with en suite bathrooms featuring high-end finishes, with the primary suite offering a spa-like experience, complete with an oversized soaking tub designed for comfort across all heights. This project reflects a meticulous approach to modern coastal living, where every square foot was reimagined for beauty, comfort, and function.
