Anchored by a striking oversized pivot entry door crafted from solid wood and accented with center glass, the main level immediately opens to sweeping ocean views that extend from the kitchen through to the primary suite.

Influenced by Polynesian aesthetics, the home features a rich and moody interior palette, blending dark wood tones with contemporary finishes to create a warm, immersive environment. To maximize the home’s potential, previously unused crawl space beneath the first level was skillfully converted into livable square footage—adding multiple bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a flexible bonus area with its own private entrance.
