We specialize in custom residential new construction and remodeling projects and work to develop a long-lasting client relationship. Founded in 1991 by Patrick Scofield - CHB is family owned and operated and we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent building experience.

We work personally with each client from land acquisition, architectural plan development, interior and exterior design coordination, project scheduling and management.
