Design continuity is a hallmark of the home, with the same finishes from the front entry seamlessly integrated into the custom stair railing. The spacious back deck features a beautifully tiled floor and leads to a rooftop deck above, offering an elevated outdoor retreat with extended views—ideal for entertaining or quiet relaxation.Inside, a structural beam in the entry and living area was intentionally left exposed and treated with a custom stain, adding warmth and contrast to the crisp white walls. A textured tile fireplace surround anchors the space with depth and sophistication, reflecting the home’s balance of modern simplicity and natural charm.
