Bright Residence

Vicki and I wanted to thank California Home Builders for our new kitchen and entryway.  We absolutely love it!  Working with you, Pat and Sean was a very different and positive experience as compared to other contractors we’ve used.  You were very hands on throughout the two month long project.  There were site visits and walkthroughs just about every day.  Vicki and I always felt as though you were very engaged.  Speaking about the two months, that was Pat’s original estimate and except for some paint touch up, California Home Builders delivered on their estimate.  We feel that one of the main reasons the project stayed on time was that your subs arrived on time, on the correct day, every day of the project.  The subs were very pleasant and accommodating to work with.  They hung temporary, plastic walls to keep the dust down and cleaned up at the end of each day.  Because of this level of service and attention, we were able to remain living in the house even though walls were removed, cabinets were installed, drywall work was done and ceilings were raised.  We also really appreciated the timely, effective and informative communication.  I don’t remember one phone call that you or Pat did not answer.  Emails from us to you with questions were answered within an hour or two (if they weren’t, we could count on a visit at the end of that day).  Thanks again and we look forward to partnering with California Home Builders in the future for our master bath remodel!
